What Is Keto Fit?

Keto Fit is a keto diet supplement. It helps you get the most from a high-fat, low-carb diet. It’s built around exogenous ketones – a type of compound that helps burn fat.

It’s a way of supporting your diet while you’re losing weight.

  • Improves fat and weight loss
  • Supports better health (especially energy levels)
  • Reduces the risk of keto side effects
  • Increases the amount of lost weight as fat (not muscle)
  • Improves use of fats as fuel for long-term health

Like many dietary supplements, you should use Keto Fit in parallel with a good diet. It’s about supporting a high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet. It won’t do all the work for you.

diet-plan

Weight loss is a lengthy process. Keto Fit is there to help you get the most out of it, but it’s still a supplement. It should work as part of a whole keto lifestyle, focusing on healthy foods, exercise, hydration, and sleep.

Supplementing Keto: How Does Keto Fit Work?

It’s a combination of both fat-burning and health-supporting compounds. The benefits associated with Keto Fit include:

  • Increasing fat metabolism
  • Improving energy availability for keto
  • Reducing the risk of keto flu symptoms
  • Supporting better fat loss and calorie balance

Note that Keto Fit is meant for the ketogenic diet and not for everyday use where your diet is “normal.”

This high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet focuses on using fats as your primary fuel source. This helps you use body fat as a source of energy rather than carbs from the diet.

It’s not that easy, however. Ketogenic diets take time to become more effective as you adapt. You’re inefficient at metabolizing fats when you start keto, which can cause problems like keto flu. This is a collection of flu-like symptoms (weakness, fatigue, low mood, dehydration, etc.) that come from radically changing your diet.

Keto Fit is there to support you, reduce the risks, and improve your experience of a keto diet. It’s also going to boost the fat-burning results and enhance your body weight and composition.

These are just a few factors, with other secondary benefits in the background. It’s a supplement built around the basic idea that you can transition to keto better. That’s an important design idea – because keto can be difficult, slow, and has side effects.

Keto Fit works by improving fat metabolism. This improves your performance and helps you bridge the gap from “normal” to low-carb. However, this is nothing special as the other keto supplements, such as KetoGenix, do the same thing.

Secondary ingredients like apple cider vinegar support digestion, too. This is one of the radical changes that many people overlook when changing diet. A healthy keto lifestyle also includes how you feel – and gut health is important.

How Do You Use Keto Fit?

Keto Fit is a tablet product and should be consumed with water.

Manufacturer guidance specifically suggests 1–2 pills with 8oz of water. This should be taken between meals, typically around 30 minutes before eating.

This helps the pills take effect without food, slowing digestion. It also prepares your body for meals ahead. As we mentioned, controlling digestion is critical, and timing for Keto Fit is essential.

Keto Fit Ingredients: Does It Help Weight Loss?

A few major ingredients in Keto Fit provide most of the results. Then secondary compounds are less effective for fat loss but offer other benefits.

BHB: King of exogenous ketone supplements

First, it includes a type of exogenous ketone, BHB. Basically, a type of ketone that you didn’t make yourself. It’s an external source that helps with the ketosis process. It increases your body’s fat burning and fat metabolism.

Because of this, you have a better supply of energy from body fat. This reduces your reliance on carbs – which is the whole point. When you’re switching to keto, you may find yourself low energy and at risk of keto flu.

With BHB, you can maintain better energy levels to prevent side effects. This helps you get into ketosis faster and supports better workouts, mental clarity, and weight loss.

Green tea extract: EGCG and fat metabolism

Green tea leaf extract is a fat-burner by itself but works better with ketogenic diets.

EGCG in green tea extract is great for catecholamine action. This is one of the steps in turning fat into useful energy. EGCG boosts calorie output by a small amount – roughly 50 calories a day in the average person.

However, as a form of fat-burner, it’s specifically useful for keto’s “fats as fuels” approach. It improves the efficiency of your fat metabolism, which makes it perfect in the early days of keto.

This means better performance and energy levels and reducing the risk of side effects like keto flu. When you’re adapting to a new diet, EGCG is a great support ingredient.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a popular product but lacks power compared to the others. However, it’s good for maintaining gut health, which is excellent for keto. High-fat diets produce lots of bile and may be stressful on the gut.

ACV helps regulate digestive stress and “calm” the gut. This small but thoughtful addition helps support the transition to keto. As with energy levels, it’s key to the experience of a high-fat diet. This is especially important with exogenous ketones, which can cause some digestive stress.

Macadamia nut oil (and MCTs)

Macadamia nut oil is included for its medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). Medium-chain triglycerides are a type of fast-absorbing fat that you metabolize rapidly.

This makes them a good fat for supporting energy balance and a source of rare dietary fats. MCTs are the fastest to absorb and turn into energy while also improving fat metabolism.

MCT intake improves your ability to produce ketones. It also shifts your body’s general energy preference slightly towards fats and away from carbs. On keto – especially early on.

MCTs are the third synergist in Keto Fit, BHB, and EGCG.

Keto Fit Side Effects

Keto Fit is a safe product. However, side effects are always possible based on individual tolerance to ingredients. For example, some people may experience a negative digestive response to ketone esters or salts, including diarrhea or nausea.

The main complaint about Keto Fit and other keto supplements – digestive discomfort. This is likely the result of the binding to essential minerals.

It’s also possible that a higher salt intake – especially exogenous ketones – may cause cramping. This is often the result of poor vitamin B1, potassium, and water intake. These help even out gut health and hydration, common problems on a keto diet.

Keto Fit’s ingredients are safe, but you should still talk to your doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions. You should also be cautious if you’re taking prescription medications, which may negatively interact with any supplement.

Is Keto Fit Safe?

While there are potential side effects, as we just said, it’s a safe product.

All the ingredients in Keto Fit are recognized as healthy, usual, safe ingredients. The actual manufacturing process by JustifiedLaboratories is also GMP-certified. This stands for Good Manufacturing Practices, which reduces the risk of contamination or improper doses.

Proper use is also key to reducing any risk of side effects. Always follow manufacturer guidance on how to take supplements. Make sure that you’re well-hydrated, combining Keto Fit with a healthy, balanced diet. Keto diets need to focus on factors like hydration, electrolyte intake, and fiber, in particular.

A Word From Our RD

Ketogenic diets depend on your body adapting to use fats as their main fuel source. When you initially change your diet, you may have adverse effects like nausea, fatigue, “brain fog,” and changes to exercise and cognitive performance.

Supplements for ketogenic dieting – or any low-carb, high-fat (LCHF) diet – should focus on mitigating these effects. The goal is to quickly improve fat metabolism and higher fat side effects of maintaining healthy micronutrient levels and offset the worst side effects of lower carb and higher fat intake.

Keto diet supplements should complement diet, exercise, and sleep. Be sure to use them as a support compound and not a band-aid to poor dieting habits!

How We Tested the Product

As with all of our supplement reviews, we’ve looked at hundreds of supplements on the market. Keto Fit isn’t just reviewed according to its ingredients. It’s also about customer reviews, manufacturing practices, and how it stacks up with competitors on the market.

When we look at products like this, we have rigorous criteria. Some of our most important considerations include:

  • Does it use effective ingredients?
  • Do the components work well together (synergize)?
  • Is the effect in-line with the marketing materials?
  • Does it target the benefit (keto support and fat loss) directly?
  • Does it have secondary health benefits?
  • Are there any drawbacks or compromises? Are they major?
  • Is it helpful for most people most of the time?
  • Does it offer a range of mechanisms that support each other?
  • Do any ingredients block or interfere with each other?

These are just a few of the things we look for. A good supplement is a well-thought-out solution to a problem.

Whatever supplement you’re buying, it needs to be safe, effective, and focused. Any supplement that does the basics well will offer you real benefits. Then you can consider the price, the secondary benefits, and how it competes on the market.

Keto Fit Review FAQs

Where to buy Keto Fit?

Keto Fit is available online through Walmart and Amazon. You can also buy it directly through JustifiedLaboratories with free 3-day delivery (depending on your location).

How much does it cost?

There’s a range of costs for Keto Fit. You’ll typically save money by purchasing in bulk or waiting for offers. Each bottle contains 30 capsules or roughly 15 days of supply.

How long does it take for it to work?

You’ll typically see results with Keto Fit within a few days of use. During later stages of keto-adaptation, this can be even slower. The longer you are on keto, the subtler the benefits of Keto Fit. It’s most effective early on when you need support the most.

Conclusion

Keto Fit could help you lose weight but, sadly, could have harsh side effects. We were searching for real customer reviews, but most of them were negative. Exogenous ketones are a good addition to the keto diet, but there are so many big names on the market (such as Keto Cycle or One Shot Keto) with 5-star reviews that this supplement doesn’t seem special.
