    I read this article couple of days ago. I only got back here to share my feedback about this app. I went on to answer the quiz and purchased my personalized plan. In addition to the meal plan, I got an exercise plan too. Keto Cycle solved all of my uncertainties about keto!

    It’s a very familiar situation. I tried the ketogenic diet multiple times, but food cravings were too much for me to handle and the results were not so great. I assume it was a mistake to think I could get it on my own after reading some articles.

    It has been just 3 days since I started with Keto Cycle and I love it! It took so much hassle away. I know what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat. I have a gut feeling that I will finally lose my excess pounds.
