  1. I have been doing low carb for a couple of years. I’ve felt pretty good until the pandemic hit. Over the year plus, I have gained so much, (don’t have a scale but I don’t like what I see in the mirror.) I am going to be 73 in a few days and would very much to get back on the road to better health. I start everyday pretty good but by the end of the day, Poof! I know I’m not alone but I sure would like to commit myself again.
