How I Got Rid of “Bloat Belly” And Entirely Empty My Bowels Every Morning

Hi, my name is Ashley, and I’m a 34-year old woman from Texas.

Before I do, I should mention that the “bloat belly” fix I’ll share with you in a moment has nothing to do with probiotics or vitamins. 

(In fact, back when I was overweight and bloated, I tried every vitamin and probiotic under the sun… but all they did was give me gas.)

The moment that changed everything was an unlikely encounter with my old best friend Becca from high school.

She had barely changed. I was so excited to see her and waved at her as soon as I saw her. But when she looked at me, I could tell something was wrong.
