Millions of Americans suffer from digestive issues, including bloating, gas, weight gain, brain fog, fatigue, cravings for sweets and carbs, achy joints, and more. If a loved one is suffering from some of these symptoms, please keep reading because I KNOW my story can help.
Hi, my name is Ashley, and I’m a 34-year old woman from Texas.
I hate to admit this, but I used to feel so guilty about my health that I couldn’t sleep. I was 35 pounds overweight.
I also had high blood pressure, frequent headaches, high cholesterol, and insulin resistance. My joints hurt to the point I considered wearing braces around my knees.
But that wasn’t even the worst. What frustrated me the most was how I was ALWAYS bloated and heavy.
I’d give anything to make it stop. Once I ate one “wrong” thing, I’d spend hours stuck in the bathroom.
Half the time, I’d deal with severe constipation. Half the time, I’d deal with explosive diarrhea and pain… which somehow STILL left me feeling half-full. Too much info? Well, it wasn’t pretty.
That was one year ago. Today’s a whole different story.
I’m not only thin and healthy, but I’m also much happier because I actually feel clean and EMPTY on the inside.
Know that annoying sense that everything didn’t come out? It’s all gone.
And God, does it feel nice.
Words can’t describe the joy I experienced when I first emptied my bowels… COMPLETELY.
I want you to feel “empty,” too. Let me tell you how I did it…
Before I do, I should mention that the “bloat belly” fix I’ll share with you in a moment has nothing to do with probiotics or vitamins.
(In fact, back when I was overweight and bloated, I tried every vitamin and probiotic under the sun… but all they did was give me gas.)
The moment that changed everything was an unlikely encounter with my old best friend Becca from high school.
She had barely changed. I was so excited to see her and waved at her as soon as I saw her. But when she looked at me, I could tell something was wrong.
She didn’t say hi. She didn’t try to hug me. Instead, she frowned.
That’s when it hit me… she didn’t even recognize me. I was carrying dozens of extra pounds compared to high school.
But when she congratulated me for my “pregnancy” right after I told her who I was…
I was so embarrassed at the extra flesh I carried that I thanked her, excused myself, and rushed home to cry myself to sleep.
But no matter how much I wanted to sleep, I couldn’t shake off my feelings.
It’s not like I didn’t know I had gained weight since high school. I mean, who hasn’t. I just hadn’t realized how much it added up.
How much it had changed who I was.
Looking back, my problems began many years ago. It all started innocent enough, as a lingering feeling of tiredness and weird, inexplicable hunger.
But over time, it escalated into a rapid appetite, intense food cravings, and near-permanent belly bloat.
And now… I was unrecognizable.
Unhealthy, overweight, always constipated, and sick.
I realized that if I kept going down that path… my health would reach the point of no return.
And at that moment, it was as if I suddenly got possessed. With newfound energy and motivation, I vowed I’d find an answer.
It sounds extreme, but I didn’t sleep for the next 48 hours. I zapped through countless scientific studies about weight loss, bloating, and digestive health in an over-caffeinated frenzy.
I read nearly every related article on all the popular health websites.
But all that did was confuse me even further.
People kept saying how there are “good” foods and “bad foods.”
I was supposed to eat more of the “good” foods, such as spinach, black beans, prunes, and broccoli… and fewer “bad” foods like sweets, red meat, milk, and dairy products.
But I knew for a fact that this wouldn’t work for me. I could never memorize or stick to a specific food list.
And if we’re honest, I had (and still have) a bad case of sugar tooth.
There’s no way I would be able to stick to such a bland diet plan, at least not for the long term.
The alternatives, which included probiotics and vitamins, had already failed me.
So that left laxative pills. But I kept reading how these caused uncontrollable diarrhea.
I quickly ran out of options and got frustrated, but then I stumbled upon an interesting discussion on an organic foods forum and read the following…
“If you feel heaviness in your gut, or have unwanted weight on your belly, try this natural powder.”
A man from Europe was SWEARING over a new gut health product called the ColonBroom powder.
He explained that just by drinking one scoop of this powder a day, he had utterly eradicated his digestive issues.
What’s more, he had dropped a total of 20 pounds, lowered his blood pressure, and balanced his blood sugar.
It all sounded too good to be true, but he was so adamant, even a bit aggressive.
“If you’re serious about fixing your gut health for good, then you’re a fool if you don’t give this a try,” he said. And then he went unresponsive.
I thought about it for around a week, but I eventually decided to give ColonBroom a try.
I mean it’s not like I had much to lose at that point.
My belly was feeling so heavy, and I was so bloated that I’d probably explode if it got any worse.
First, I went through a free quiz on their website. They asked me a few questions, such as how often do I poop, and a few other things about my digestion.
Although I was skeptical, I really had run out of options.
What gave me a bit more reassurance was the fact that based on my answers I was supposed to receive a blend created for me specifically. So at least it wasn’t another one-size-fits-all type of vitamin or laxative.
But it was no overnight success story either.
Don’t get me wrong. ColonBroom is powerful.
But it’s not some magical potion that’s going to flush your gut of all the toxins and leave you squeaky clean in 3.4 hours.
By the way, considering my experience with anything that worked that fast – I was actually glad ColonBroom left me able to go about my day without having to be within a 6-foot radius of a toilet at all times.
I started getting more regular, comfortable bowel movements within the first week.
It’s also worth mentioning that the powder has a super nice strawberry taste. I don’t know about you, but I was definitely worried I’d have to add some chalky mixture to my morning routine, but it’s quite the opposite.
I’d even go so far as to say I’ve come to enjoy this little addition to my morning routine.
After drinking my blend every morning for a few weeks, I started to feel a lightness I barely even recognized. It really did feel slightly unbelievable that before all my gut issues started, I had probably always felt like that.
You know, just…
My biggest issue and insecurity around my gut health was the constant belly bloat, and this was where ColonBroom really helped. I can’t tell you how excited I was to button a pair of jeans without having to lie down or feel like a caged sausage.
But what I found really interesting, and quite frankly wasn’t even prepared for, was how ColonBroom helped a lot with my cravings.
What always kept me from losing weight was the fact that I was a hopeless emotional eater. Happy, sad, angry, glad – all emotions were served with a side snack.
Since starting with my morning mixture, I gradually started to feel less inclined to reach for snacks for no apparent reason.
I still enjoyed my usual meals but felt full much faster. The difference this made for my waistline is hard to overstate.
This trend kept on going, and I started to steadily lose weight without counting calories or feeling deprived.
I didn’t really expect to get there…
But somehow – one strawberry flavored drink at a time – I felt like I had really cleansed myself from the inside out.
I didn’t feel like everything I ate was just going to sit and basically rot in my stomach for an extended period of time.
When I ate something, it did what food is supposed to do – it gave me fuel and energy to go about my business, and then it left my body.
Pretty much like clockwork. I could literally almost add my poop times to my daily schedule. That’s how regular they had gotten.
It’s crazy to think that I had tried almost every other solution known to man before reading about ColonBroom. And considering none of them worked, I use the term “solution” lightly.
Now, one all-natural powder later, my digestive system is working great. I rarely get cravings, and when I empty my bowels, I REALLY do.
So would I actually recommend ColonBroom?
Does a bear poop in the woods (pun intended)?
Considering how much ColonBroom helped me and how hopeless I felt before – I would absolutely recommend giving ColonBroom a try if you’re suffering from similar issues.
I wish I had discovered it sooner so I wouldn’t have wasted so much time feeling unhappy, unhealthy, heavy, and in constant pain.
So take my story as your opportunity to stop feeling like that, and give yourself the chance to lead a happier, lighter life.
