Pisces – February 20 – March 20

Being the fish and water sign, it is no surprise to learn that seafood is favored. Lighter meals, in general, are preferred, steering clear of spice where possible. And for exercise, gentle meditations are the goto. Yoga is great for Pisces as it is stimulating for them.

Aries – March 21 – April 20

Hot and spicy food will be on the menu for Aries, suitably so for the fire symbol. Peppery and spicy foods, often exotic work best. As for exercise, if it is competitive, count Aries in. They love fierce competition, so team sports are a great option.

Taurus – April 21- May 21

Presentation is king for Taurus’ – the more beautifully plated, the better. They tend to have a great connection to their food, so grab-and-go meals are not suggested, more steak and veg. With exercise, they like the finer things in life, so a gym with a sauna, pool, etc, will be ideal.

Gemini – May 22- June 21

Being one of the more social Zodiacs, you prefer meals around a table with family and friends. Without that social interaction, they are more likely to turn to junk food. Running is the best option for a Gemini, they love to run with people or with headphones blaring.

Cancer – June 22 – July 22

For Cancer, there is no place like home, so they tend to comfort eat in their familiar surroundings. A quick mac & cheese or tub of ice cream are favorites. With exercise, they like to work together with family due to their nurturing nature.

Leo – July 23 – August 21

Steer away from boring, bland meals if you’re a Leo. Curry and BBQ sauce smothered dishes work well for this fire sign. As for exercise, they love to be in the spotlight and again benefit from team sports where they can stand out from the rest.

Virgo – August 22 – September 23

Scorpio – October 24 – November 22

Finally, we have Scorpio, and they are very complex individuals when it comes to food. They tend to like intense foods others would scoff at, like blue cheese and sardines. Intensity is also key in their workouts, so an exercise like boxing and martial arts are a big yes for Scorpios.

Sagittarius: November 23 – December 22

Known for being avid travelers, it is no surprise to learn that exotic foods are a go-to for Sagittarius’ – spicier dishes bursting with flavor and that extra kick you need. When exercising, it needs to be fun, if it feels like a chore, they are much more likely to bail out.
