Weight Loss With Appetite Suppressant: Method for the Lazy (True Experience)

About 3 years ago, I managed to lose almost 70 pounds via intense workouts and a very strict diet. 

The process was excruciating, but the rewards of weight loss – self-esteem (through the roof), new body curves, a bit of muscle showing, and a new wardrobe – proved it was worth it. 

Unfortunately, over the last year, I ballooned back up to my original size (I know, I know, it’s a fail).

I’ve had a long-running battle with trying to lose weight again and getting the physique I’d like. 

I’d work out a lot but wouldn’t notice much progress toward the vision I set out for myself this time. 

Since exercise wasn’t working, I’ve concluded that my nutrition and diet were the sources of years’ worth of disappointment in my progress.

I’ve decided to try intermittent fasting as an eating protocol (I’m currently on 16:8, which means eating within an 8-hour window and then fasting for 16 hours – sleeping time included).

Actually, my appetite was vicious despite not cutting hard and eating absolutely everything I wanted during my 8-hour window. 

Also, I would often have trouble controlling the urge to eat during my fasting window. 

Of course, if I was patient, I knew fasting could get me where I wanted with my goals – lose some weight, burn fat, and maintain the remaining muscle mass – even if I ate more. 

But I just wanted it quicker and easier.

How I stumbled upon a highly effective weight management supplement I’ve never heard of before. 

Needing inspiration and motivation for my lazy weight loss, I posted a question to one of the fitness groups on Facebook to get some insights. 

Many people from the community recommended I drink more water or count calories and micronutrients to solve the hunger issue. Just the usual stuff.

My thinking was that an appetite suppressant, taken between eating windows, would kill the urge to be a glutton at the wrong time.

Or, I would take it if hunger pains were about to kick in during my fasting windows. 

With this supplement, I managed to extend my fasts to 20 hours easily.  

This, of course, added to the quick and easy weight loss I experienced.

I still had everything I wanted during my eating windows.

No restrictions whatsoever. 

When speaking about my weight loss methods, I’ve heard the phrase “there’s no magic pill” many times already.

And there’s some truth in it. 

But I think I really managed to find what’s closest to it. I’ve lost 55lbs without bending my back too much.

The side effects?

On the contrary, I experienced additional health benefits, like better gut health and clearer skin (also effects of this supplement, as I later found out).

Overall – this is the easiest weight loss method I’ve ever tried. 

I still can’t believe I didn’t know about fiber appetite suppressants before. 

If you’re curious to try an appetite suppressant, I can’t recommend the one I used enough.
