Gaining a ridiculous amount of unexplained weight. Especially around the belly.
That’s the #1 issue women reported in our recent survey about their struggles with menopause.
Second place?
“Being told by my doctor to ‘eat less and move more’ when it clearly no longer works for weight loss.”
And neither does hormone replacement therapy.
Because it doesn’t lower cortisol, which the University of Washington found to skyrocket during menopause.1
According to Yale, it then causes unexplained weight gain, “meno” belly, irresistible cravings, and fatigue.2
So we ran a 4-month test with 60 menopausal women.
The goal: find a supplement that actually tackles these symptoms at their root and relieves other menopause symptoms as well.
We tested:
These 60 women were separated into 5 groups and took each supplement for 4 months.
We tracked results using weekly weigh-ins and self-reports on:
_____________

What it is
A sophisticated supplement formulated with ingredients (B. breve, B. longum, B. lactis, XOS, Tributyrin) that were found to lower cortisol by 39%, as well as regulate declining estrogen.3,4,5,6
How it worked
This was the only supplement that made women who took it for 4 months say, “I’m starting to look and feel like my old self.” Bioma helped them lose significant amounts of weight, trim down belly fat, relieve hot flashes, ease joint pain, improve digestion, and get rid of constant fatigue.
Price: $26.14 (currently 35% off, normally $40.21)

_____________

What it is
A potent supplement formulated with Ashwagandha root extract and L-theanine.
How it worked
Since its star ingredient is Ashwagandha, which was found to lower cortisol by 28% in 60 days, it took almost two months for testers to start losing weight. Of course, there’s also L-theanine, which lowers cortisol by 42.4%, but this effect doesn’t last and is extremely short-lived.7,8

_____________

What it is
A comprehensive supplement formulated with 12 unique ingredients for overall hormonal balance.
How it worked
Testers who took Happy Mammoth Hormone Harmony reported slight improvements in their menopause symptoms. However, since it contains only Ashwagandha, it took almost two months for them to start losing weight.
Price: $69.99

_____________

What it is
Another supplement that contains L-theanine as the star ingredient for lowering cortisol.
How it worked
Testers of FLO Women’s Endocrine Superfood Powder experienced a moderate improvement in their menopause symptoms. But because L-theanine can only temporarily lower cortisol, this supplement didn’t promote a significant weight loss.
Price: $44.99

Cons
_____________

What it is
A supplement formulated with Phosphatidylserine, which was found to lower cortisol by 25% in just 10 days.9
How it worked
Testers who took Serinisol™ lost the least weight. That’s because even though it contains Phosphatidylserine, the dose is almost 8 times lower than the one used in clinical studies. Also, testers didn’t notice much improvement in other symptoms of menopause.
Price: $55.00

_____________
Every supplement helped these 60 women lose weight — but one of them clearly stood out from the rest during this 4-month test.
Bioma significantly reduced cravings, increased energy, and helped testers lose 33 lbs and 5.2 inches from the waist on average.
Also, it relieved joint pain, poor sleep, hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and other typical symptoms of menopause.
So, if you’re struggling with unexplained weight and other common issues during this life stage, this is the supplement we’d recommend.

33 pounds in 4 months?? That’s very impressive! Might actually try this Bioma thing
Honestly wasn’t expecting it’s possible to lose so many inches from the waist!
I’ve been spending way too much on weight loss supplements. But $26 seems like a really good deal. Giving it a try!
