    My experience with Optavia has been very pleasant. I am a stress eater and high energy, so eating every 2-3 hours works for me. I also love to cook and was still able to, just without starches and unnecessary fats.
    My coaches (who are real people who speak American English) have been amazing to talk to & consult with. The additional Zoom meetings and FB Groups offer even more support & camaraderie.
    With my self-set goal of 45 pounds, I lost 24 over the first three months. I understand more about how I became overweight, how to change the way I think about & consume food and am more positive with how I feel about my overall health & looks.
    I made a choice to put my health first and embrace a diet plan that works for me. I am glad that I found Optavia and glad that you found a diet plan that is better for your needs. I have zero interest in trying PerfectBody.
