It will take several days of successfully cutting carbs to actually make it, and you’ll feel kinda sluggish for those days, but when you do, you will feel the change and it will feel awesome. It took me several tries starting no carbs before, but when i got the plan, I got to that point and truly realized how much better I felt compared to what I had previously considered my baseline. -16 lbs so far. It’s a great tool
I’ve been on (and off…) of with no carbs since 2013. Went from 300+ pounds down to 199 in 18 months, fell off the wagon, now I’m back up to around 230 and falling again.
