I knew I was overweight, but I didn’t fully realize what I actually looked like.
But last year, my partner secretly took pictures of me from afar. When I saw the pictures…
I couldn’t recognize myself! I looked heavy. I did not want to look like that.
Besides that, my ex-husband had a stroke at almost 300 pounds, age 55. His weight was one of the main reasons. He has to live the rest of his life in a wheelchair being able to say only a handful of words. This hit me hard.
For the previous three years, I’ve gained 15 pounds every year just eating pizza and never developing any routine or good habits. I knew I was risking going on the same path as him if I didn’t change anything.
Almost at the same time as the stroke happened, I had to go to the doctor to get some tests done (unrelated to my weight). The doctor told me that I was at risk for severe health problems because I had gained this considerable amount of weight.
I was prediabetic and at 226 pounds. At the end of the doctor’s appointment, he told me, “You NEED to lose this weight or else your life will be turned upside down from diabetes and heart problems. It’s just not worth it. SOMETHING in your daily life has to change. Your diet, your exercise routine, anything.”
That seriously scared me.
But that was at the end of last year… As of today, I’m 187 pounds(!) and still going, and I’ll tell you exactly how.
I’d been trying to make changes for a long time and tried many diets: keto, paleo, Weight Watchers, walking more, and eating less. But nothing ever stuck. I would lose 5 lbs only to gain 6 back. As if my body wanted to hold on to the fat.
But this plan I tried… A personalized approach to my body and health was what worked. It wasn’t overwhelming, which was different from anything I had tried before.
I did everything just one day at a time. I knew I was on the right track and in the process of losing weight smoothly, without restrictions… and I believe permanently this time.
I honestly started feeling the results after the first day. I’m not saying I lost a significant amount of weight after day one, no. But I woke up the next day and felt lighter and less bloated. My stomach wasn’t sticking out as much.
I felt… I don’t know… Hopeful. I found what made me feel good while losing weight. That just boosted my motivation right from the beginning!
It was the daily plan I got in my email. Every day, I knew exactly what to do, what and when to eat, or what to expect.
I was relieved I didn’t have to starve myself or eliminate any food groups. I didn’t feel deprived or anything. And the fact that I had 24/7 nutritionist support just made me feel safe.
I knew I wasn’t causing any harm to my health. On the contrary, my metabolism seems to have gotten way more efficient than before. Honestly, even my skin looks better now.
Before starting my weight loss plan, I had so much ankle pain…
I remember I snored a lot and overall just felt uncomfortable. But once the weight started coming off after following this personalized plan, I realized how much easier it was to do things like sleep and breathe.
I didn’t even realize those things were so hard for me until they became easier. WHO KNEW ANKLES AREN’T SUPPOSED TO HURT?!
And oh my, not even a year ago, I was 230-ish and am around 185 lbs now, with really no added exercise, although I’m getting exercise recommendations from a professional coach too.
As I’m getting leaner, I plan to start incorporating workouts and look even better.
I had to answer some questions about my health and body in a short quiz to get the plan. And what I received absolutely blew my mind:
✅ A day-by-day guidance one email at a time;
✅ Everything created by professional nutritionists, coaches, and even psychologists;
✅ Also, they created affordable grocery shopping lists for me and quick and tasty recipes, including desserts.
Everything just clicked with me. I didn’t feel overwhelmed like I usually would losing weight on a restrictive diet. I just knew I had to follow the guidance that day.
I honestly mean it when I say this personalized daily plan was what changed my relationship with food and helped me understand the exact steps I needed to take to finally lose weight.
Almost anyone could lose 5, 10, 20, or more pounds with this personalized approach to weight loss. You should only be willing to give it a try!

This is super encouraging! Most of the info is in my email already. Can’t wait to start!
Good stuff thanks for sharing! I’m 32, 179 lbs down from 183 when I started this program last Tuesday. Still hard to believe. Thank you!
I’ve loved IF for some time now. Convenient to not have to worry about so many meals, a leaner body, and better blood work, and in the long term it slows the aging process. In the face of all the benefits, I don’t know why more people don’t do it…
