Try Bioma for Menopausal Weight Management Risk-Free!
“What Harvard scientists recently discovered is pretty shocking – nearly 1 in 2 women (over 43%) become obese during menopause.1
Worse still, most of that weight settles around the stomach area.2
Which is why even previously stick-thin women suddenly get a hanging-out belly.
But it’s not their fault or that they are doing something wrong,” said Dr. Elizabeth Rosenblum, MD in gynecology.
According to the expert, it’s because women start gaining weight during menopause without changing anything in their diet or lifestyle.
And they can’t get rid of it even with a massive calorie deficit or daily workouts.
“But there’s now compelling research showing that it doesn’t necessarily have to be like this.
Because scientists may have just found the real cause of menopausal weight gain.
And virtually any woman can address it and get in good shape using this science-backed solution I want to explain,” she said.
According to Dr. Rosenblum, women may actually start gaining significant amounts of weight during perimenopause.
Which is the transitional phase that kicks off up to ten years before menopause.
“That’s when the levels of estrogen begin to decline rapidly, causing the following changes:
And yet, new research shows that these are not exactly what causes menopausal weight gain and makes it nearly impossible to lose it.”

The expert explained that when the ovaries stop producing estrogen, a woman’s body tries to compensate for its shortage.
And adipose tissue becomes the primary source of this hormone.5
“In fact, scientists found that the more estrogen it has to produce, the larger the belly gets.6
And that explains why a woman’s body accumulates and retains fat.
Because adipose tissue may have to produce up to 100 percent of circulating estrogen.7
Which means that losing menopausal weight has little to do with diet or exercise.
Instead, it all comes down to ‘rejuvenating’ estrogen so there would be no shortage of it.”
“Now, don’t get me wrong – I am not saying that HRT doesn’t work because it certainly does.
But there’s a reason why 65 percent of women don’t even consider it.8
Mainly because they are aware of the potential HRT side effects,” said Dr. Rosenblum.
And indeed, clinical trials initiated by the National Institutes of Health found that it poses some serious risks.
Including blood clots, stroke, heart disease, and even breast and ovarian cancer.9
“Of course, an increased risk of these severe issues is only seen while taking HRT.
However, the same also applies to the positive effects of this treatment.
Meaning that HRT addresses estrogen shortage only for as long as it’s taken.
After that, the production of this hormone shifts back to adipose tissue.
But that doesn’t mean that the only way to lose menopausal weight is to use HRT indefinitely.”
Dr. Rosenblum explained that researchers have extensively studied the gut as one of the principal regulators of circulating estrogen.10
But it appears that it’s not the gut itself, but specific bacteria that metabolize this hormone.
And one of the few bacterial strains that were found to do that is Bifidobacteria.11
Which, in fact, represents a significant portion of a healthy gut microbiome.12
But why then is adipose tissue the primary estrogen source instead of Bifidobacteria?

“See, by the time menopause starts, Bifidobacteria are no longer one of the most abundant bacteria in the gut.
It’s because their levels and diversity significantly decrease with age.
In fact, Bifidobacteria may only make up two percent of the gut microbiome during this life stage.12
That’s why estrogen production shifts to adipose tissue.
Forcing a woman’s body to accumulate and retain fat, especially around the stomach.
Which wouldn’t happen if Bifidobacteria were the primary estrogen source,” she said.
Dr. Rosenblum then explained that it doesn’t require multiple costly supplements to make this shift happen.
Or pounds of foods rich in Bifidobacteria that are not to everyone’s taste.
For example, sauerkraut, kimchi, or fermented soy products.
Because replenishing Bifidobacteria was never as convenient and easy as with this science-backed solution the expert discovered recently.

“I see firsthand how many women suddenly start gaining menopausal weight with no sign of stopping.
And that regardless of their diets or exercise regimens.
But thanks to this supplement, my patients now report getting in shape without further restricting themselves or giving up things.”
Dr. Rosenblum then added that they also noticed other benefits of “rejuvenated” estrogen, which she promised to explain shortly.
But before that, the expert wanted to clarify why Bioma works so well.
So, first, it contains three types of Bifidobacteria, ensuring the diversity of these microbes that metabolize estrogen.11
Second, it has prebiotic XOS, which selectively feeds and nourishes them.13
So there would be sufficient quantities of Bifidobacteria in the gut.
Third, there is Tributyrin, which creates a favorable environment for these ingredients to thrive.14
And fourth, it uses delayed-release capsules to deliver all of them to the gut intact.
“That’s how Bioma replenishes Bifidobacteria to a level where they can become the primary estrogen source.
So, the body no longer has to accumulate and retain fat to address its shortage.
Which, in turn, helps women lose menopausal weight without a massive calorie deficit or daily workouts.
And, of course, experience the benefits of ‘rejuvenated’ estrogen.
Including increased energy levels, better sleep, improved libido, fewer hot flashes, and less intense mood swings,” concluded Dr. Rosenblum.

I was one of those “stick thin” women until I hit menopause! Now I have a belly that I hate. I am going to try this!
What a coincidence! I started taking Bioma a few months ago, and now I stumbled upon this article from Dr. Rosenblum. I didn’t know how exactly it works until now, but I can confirm that it helps with menopausal weight. Worth trying!
Wow, this explains everything… I’ve been struggling with my weight ever since hitting perimenopause. Even though I ate healthy and constantly exercised. Definitely will try this supplement. Nothing works for me anyway, so I have nothing to lose for sure…
I’ve tried everything to lose the belly that appeared seemingly overnight. Who knew it was all about how my body coped with estrogen shortage? Interesting stuff. Just ordered a 3-month supply to see how it works…
