Thank you so much for sharing this information! I really like the way fasting makes me feel, I usually just stick to a 16-18 hr fast. I feel less brain foggy, less hungry and I generally have more energy when I fast! The app has helped me tremendously!

Structured intermittent fasting has helped me calm my extremely heavy periods to just a nice light normal flow, and also it regulated them. I love how I could ease into fasting, nothing extreme and I enjoy the recipes! For people in overload; I.e. obese, too much endometrial buildup, very heavy periods with clots, and pcos, IF helps tremendously.

I was recommended intermittent fasting because I have to deal with diabetes and autoimmune disorders. The reason behind the recommendation was because it helps to limit the inflammation in your gut and manage insulin levels. Weight loss can occur during intermittent fasting but not always and that’s not exactly the point of it. Most people actually say that it helps give them more energy throughout the day which is linked to insulin. It’s working wonders for me so far. Lost 9 lbs in 2 weeks and not stopping!
