    What would you say is wrong if someone has been fasting most days till about 2pm. Then eating, and then eating a dinner. Isn’t logging exactly what they eat, but by observation, this 270 pound man, (my husband), isn’t eating outrageously much for either meal. Hardly ever a 2nd portion. We always have 1-2 servings of veggies with dinner, 3-4 oz of meat, usually chicken or fish, and a starch. First meal is often a smoothie containing fruits and veggies and on the worse side its cheese and crackers. We eat exclusively whole foods. And . . .he is not loosing weight. In fact gaining. He has been doing this for a year or a bit more now.
