    Fasting is my go to method when I need to lose some inches quickly. I know it’s good long term too, but since I don’t need to lose much, I usually just stick to it for a couple of weeks before holiday or some event. Works like a charm. I Usually lose up to 6 lbs.

    My husband is following intermittent fasting protocol. It’s not just a quick fix. He’s been doing it for almost a year now and has lost over 50 lbs. He’s feeling so much better mentally and physically. You need to stick to it and know what you’re doing. What this trainer says is a good strategy to start, but don’t drop in a few weeks in and you’ll see the amazing results.

    I notice weight loss is different now that I hit 45. So far fasting is the only thing that helps me avoid the belly fat. Thank you for the article!
