One evening in March, I stepped on the scale and wondered: what the hell happened?
I felt a lump in my throat.
To see those numbers was disheartening… 180lbs!

I don’t see my grandkids as often as I’d like to. So whenever they visit, I want to enjoy every single moment with them to the fullest.
Imagine how heartbroken I felt when I realized that I couldn’t keep up with them anymore…
They were running in circles around me while I was standing there, out of breath and barely able to move…

You are my goals! I would like to get to 165. My top weight was 233 and I’m currently at 217. 4 times in the past year I’ve gotten down to 193 and couldn’t lose anymore. Fasting now and I hope to get to even 170s.
