    Your story inspired me!! my arms were always a problem area for me and I just couldn’t find a way to shape them up. filling the quiz right now

    It’s been some time since I started working out but I didn’t take my diet seriously, and it definitely shows.. I think it’s time for me to try something new, I’ve heard of fasting before but didn’t know that it is possible to achieve these results. Hope it works for me too, and I’m always up for a challenge

    I’ve also tried fasting before and I’d always get lost and eat unhealthy food between my fasts. this plan sounds like a good way to try again
