    I’ve actually tried both of these, and I had almost the exact same experience!! Happy Mammoth helped a bit with mood, but that was about it. Bioma made a real difference!     I tried Happy Mammoth a while back and honestly… I didn’t notice much of a difference. 🙂 Maybe a little less moodiness, but absolutely nothing for the weight. Reading this, Bioma sounds way more like what I actually needed. Just ordered a bottle, fingers crossed!🤞
