First of all, I want to make some things clear. This will be an honest review of a personalized weight loss approach, which worked wonders for me. And this is specifically for people like me, who:
This is the only approach that worked for me, and I’ve tried so many things before. Keto, Weight Watchers, CICO (hated counting calories), exercising more.
I would lose a few pounds only to gain everything, and sometimes even more, back.
It’s like my body wanted to hold on to that weight.
I was almost 250 lbs right before my 61st birthday. As the daughter of a man who died from a massive coronary at 62, I felt uneasy about my health.
My dad had diabetes and never cared for himself – he wasn’t obese, but he was overweight, and instead of listening to his body, he neglected his health.
I wanted to give my kids and grandchildren an amazing gift my dad couldn’t – a long future of love and memories that can’t be replaced. I wanted to be an active part of their lives for many years to come.
Unfortunately, by that point, I was facing the prospect of having to increase the dosage of my blood pressure medication again. I felt like my health was slipping out of my hands.
But fast forward to now – I’m down to 182 lbs and 1/2 dosage of medications, and I’m about to tell you exactly how I did it, step by step.
My doctor constantly told me I needed to lose weight for my health, but I never got to learn precisely how to do that “correctly.”
I feel like I never really knew or understood what I was doing. So this time, I decided to look for a guided weight loss program instead of experimenting with just any fad diet.
I browsed the internet and found a fully personalized and guided approach to weight loss through fasting. I was really skeptical about intermittent fasting or any type of “guidance” before.
I didn’t feel like starving, honestly. But I had nothing to lose, and it was the one thing my doctor mentioned I could try.
I chose at least five programs that seemed the most popular, compared them, and went with the one that appeared to be the best-reviewed and most effective.
I went all-in with a six-month personalized fasting plan from MyFastingChallenge. This is basically a team of nutritionists, trainers, and even psychologists who create a system for easy and sustainable fasting. Then they sent me daily emails with detailed action plans. Here’s what I got:
✅Beginner’s guide to intermittent fasting ebook (I really needed that and found it 100% useful)
✅Recommended fasting times for each day of the month
✅Affordable weekly shopping lists
✅Meal plans for each week (simple and quick to make, yet really tasty)
✅Monthly result tracking sheets
✅Daily tips and reminders
✅A dose of education on health and mental state through intermittent fasting with every email
✅24/7 nutritionist consultations
✅Access to a closed members support group
Every single day, I had a small challenge to complete. For example: start my morning with stretches or have a big plate of salad for dinner. Here’s a picture of my plan as an example (I print my sheets):
Honestly, I was waiting for the next day with anticipation. The small and achievable challenges motivated me like nothing else before. This time, I didn’t feel overwhelmed with weight loss, which was a first for me.
I didn’t have to restrict myself, and I didn’t eliminate any food groups.
I started losing weight and inches almost immediately.
I printed most of the sheets I got, including my monthly reports, and for the first time in my life, I waited to write in them and see the difference!
I was so excited about the results, I’ve kept the tracking sheet from the first month:
I’m down 55 pounds now and have gone from a size 18–20 to a size 14.
More importantly, I have more energy and feel so much better. I even got a compliment that I started walking with grace and fluidity!
Intermittent fasting was a godsend. It helped my body recalibrate so that my appetite is now normal.
I didn’t think it would happen, but it feels like intermittent fasting actually resets your whole brain. I’ve kept on with the program for more than a year now!
Also, since I used a discount code LONGEVITY15 (not sure it still works, though, found it in some forum about the health benefits of intermittent fasting), I got an additional 15% OFF my plan on top of the existing 60% discount and paid 75% less for my program than what other people pay.
I’d have paid full price had I known this personalized approach would bring such results:
Since I’m still using this plan, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to know exactly HOW to lose weight and keep it off. Despite their age.

Saw photos of myself at my best friend’s wedding last year. I thought I was putting on the weight nicely, but realised that my face looked swollen. I didn’t look healthy, didn’t recognise myself and actively stayed away from photos. It took a huge toll on my confidence until I realised that I could so something about it! Lost a bunch of weight through fasting too. Although I made a lot of errors on the way, would’ve been nice to have a guide like this!
Finally something that sounds realistic. Going to try it. Fingers crossed it works for me!
That’s awesome! The code worked for me, I’m starting today.
