My Joggo Review: Supplements for Runners? How Joggo Got Me Moving

Lifestyle changes can be difficult, especially when you’ve become stuck in the same old routine, day in and day out.

Since I was working remotely, my days were spent in the same place, without much activity.

Everyday I was repeating the same process over and over again:

I used to be around 160 pounds before working remotely. I looked decent as a 6’0” guy.

But after ten months of sitting in one place, I checked my scale and it showed close to 200 pounds.

Not much changed in my life with my daily jogs. I soon felt like I was looking for an easy way out, but this time while jogging.
