I Tried the Summer Body Challenge On the Keto Diet And Now I’m Beach-Ready All Year Round

Sure, I’m laughing. But deep down, I was far from happy.

For years, I felt deeply insecure about my weight and didn’t really like the way I looked.

And I can’t put into words what a powerful feeling that is. It feels like I’m finally free and in control of my habits and my life.
