Happy woman

Ever since I could remember myself, I’ve always been someone who struggled with my size.

With every new diet and crash afterward, my weight would go up and down like a rollercoaster. I would start new exercise regimes and stop working out as soon as I’d hit a plateau or miss a gym session.

I would think I’d be doing well. Then I would get stuck somewhere. I would realize that healthy habits never stuck.

The last time I tried getting healthy again, I felt like I was doing great. I was losing a little bit of weight, I was doing some regular exercise and eating pretty healthy…

Then the pandemic hit.

I started working from home and not doing much else.

I was stressed out, and I just kept getting lazier.

Soon, meal-prepping salads gave way to ordering fast food.

I stopped being mindful of my meals. Food became one of my few comforts.

Honestly, I began feeling numb. No motivation. I regressed. And kinda forgot to exercise.

I didn’t even step outside for a while.

But this time, it didn’t seem like there was an easy way back on track.

I was getting bigger, sadder, and more bored. I would spend hours mindlessly scrolling on my phone, but that didn’t give me any satisfaction.

Once, I mustered up enough strength to change out of my sweatpants into some jeans to go grocery shopping…

Anger, sadness, disgust. A whole range of emotions flashed through my head when I realized none of my jeans fit.

How did I let this happen to myself?

Once again, all my progress had been erased within weeks. This time, it was worse than ever.

After all the strongest emotions died down, I started thinking.

I couldn’t stay like this. This wasn’t going to work for me.

I started thinking through my options.

I couldn’t join a gym because of the pandemic, and I’d already tried out bodyweight exercises. I did a few sit-ups and squats here and there, but finding the strength to go for a run regularly?

Yeah, right. Good luck.

So I started googling for home workout options, and I found all the same apps I’d seen before. They all looked SO extreme.

They showed lean girls with legs carved out of wood and ripped, huge, muscly men.

They didn’t look like they were made or meant for me.

I was intimidated, but I tried a few of the workouts anyway and pushed through the exercises.

All that did was make me sore to the touch for an entire week (no joke).

I don’t know about you, but I wasn’t looking for a workout plan that’s hard and drives me nuts.

All I wanted was something easy to stick to. Something that provides a steady, quick, and effective way of getting into shape.

Something I wouldn’t quit once it got too hard.

Something that would motivate me to push just a little bit each time.

And then I found something…

The Fitter Workout App Was Exactly What I Needed

I can’t even describe how easy it was to get into.

First things first: I only have to do a 15-minute workout four times a week. I was skeptical of how much I could accomplish in such a narrow time frame. However, I can fit a workout into a commercial break.

Whenever I didn’t want to do it, I would tell myself, “15 minutes later, you’ll be right back to what you were doing.” And it has kept me going consistently.

The workouts are amazing. It’s a bit like having a personal trainer, only a hundred times less expensive.

All of my workouts consist of easy-to-follow exercises. I don’t need any props for them, so all I need to do is show up and do them!

Here’s what you should know about Fitter.

I got quick results with 15-minute workouts. But the workouts are still, well, workouts.

Even initially, I wasn’t feeling wiped out by the end of each session, but you do need to break a sweat to see results.

My advice? Power through and do what you can. Then pat yourself on the back and be patient. Your body may get stronger quicker than you think.

And it’s hard to exercise yourself thin if you don’t watch your diet. Luckily, Fitter comes with a fat-burning meal plan that keeps things really simple.

You don’t have to follow it 100% to see results… but your body might transform even faster if you follow it.

Okay, that’s the “hard” stuff about Fitter. Now that we got that out of the way…

Here are some reasons why I REALLY love the Fitter app.

For one, the app kicked me out of my pandemic slump.

My biggest concern with working out at home was being motivated enough to actually do it.

I hate to admit this, but I’m inherently a lazy person.

Keeping the workouts at 15-minute sessions made the program so much more bearable for me. It was something I could wrap my head around.

And soon enough, I started liking the workouts. They made me feel GOOD.

The app got me into being active again. And frankly, I have more energy and look better than… well, ever. This is what I look like now!

And because it’s so much more affordable than a gym… I’m definitely sticking with it in the future.

But how can the Fitter app produce great results with 15-minute exercises?

The reason why Fitter is so powerful is that EVERYTHING is personalized.

You start by answering a few simple questions. First – your height, weight, and fitness levels. Then they ask you about your preferred body type (lean, athletic, curvy) and your number one target area.

You ask, they deliver. For example, I asked for a toned butt.

These clever little questions allow them to make a custom program just for you. It’s a much safer and far more effective way to lose weight and get toned.

Do I recommend the app?

I’m a person who needs a bit of direction to hold myself accountable. If you’re anything like me, Fitter is worth it.

You can work out anytime, anywhere, without any equipment needed. But don’t take my word for it.

Everyone kept saying the same thing to me over and over while I tried diet after diet and exercise program after exercise program – consistency is key! And it’s so easy to stay consistent when you’re not being pushed till you start hating the new program. This program has been a real life saver to me – I’ve known I needed to lose weight if I was going to get healthy again, and Fitter is really helping me do just that

I’ve also recently started using the Fitter app, and I’ve really grown to love it. My problem with all the other workout programs I’ve done in the past was that they were all very vigorous, and pushed for quick results rather than making a habit out of exercising. I couldn’t be happier with my 15 minute workouts.
