As a nutritionist, I bought this expecting to see a generic meal plan. It couldn’t be further from the truth. Despite including all the food choices I selected during the quiz, the final meal plan they made for me in the app is very well thought out. I will try following this for a few weeks and see how I feel just to update my review here, but my current impression is that this program can and will work for everybody that follows it (and truly they do their best to make sure it’s easy to follow)
