How I lost weight without going to the gym or settling for at-home exercises

I couldn’t take doing lunges in the living room anymore…

So I started running.

Turns out, losing weight was easier than ever thanks to this one secret.

My name is Janice, and I’d like to introduce myself…

I don’t know about you, but I woke up one morning feeling so heavy that I couldn’t bring myself to look in the mirror…

So I avoided it for a whole week.

For seven straight days, I pretended not to realize how wide my thighs and arms had grown, and wore an oversized sweater.

It wasn’t shocking when I eventually got the courage to look… It was all due to some pretty bad habits that I’d developed.

Chips, cookies, one-too-many candy bars that never made it into my food journal ― it’d taken a toll.

So I did what everyone else under the sun does: I went on a diet. I tried keto, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, Mediterranean… You name it, I tried it.

But you know what? That only got me so far.

Turns out it’s true what they say. Exercise and a healthy diet work hand in hand. One without the other will only get you to a certain point… not the finish line.

So here’s what I found…

Let me introduce Joggo…

Before you dismiss this, let me say that for a long time, I was extremely cynical of anything fitness-related, simply because I’d never had a positive experience. Any exercise I’d tried before (crunches, lunges, home workout videos, etc.) had always been tedious, painful, and inconvenient.

I hated every minute of it, so I had no choice but to push myself to exercise. Eventually… I’d go from 3-5 weeks of workouts to… zero.

Initially, I thought a gym membership would turn that around, but it was all about forcing myself out the door. So, we all know how that goes…

Things began to improve for me after I discovered Joggo. Soon, I was happier, more self-assured, and, yes, thinner. My quality of life improved dramatically.

And I’m not just saying that either. When I first took the Joggo quiz to determine what fitness level I was at, I could only run half a mile. Now I run 2 miles or more 3-4 times a week.

- Juliet, 27

“I am really enjoying it. I like the warm-up exercises and cool-down exercises. I recommend it to anyone who is serious about losing weight and getting more active. Great for beginners.”

– Juliet, 27

- Elizabeth, 35

“Starting my 5th week.
I have only lost 5 lbs but I have lost many inches from my waist, belly, and hips.”

– Elizabeth, 35

- Ally, 29

“I started following the plan this year and have already seen progress in my times for running.”

– Ally, 29

Take the Joggo quiz to get started…

I felt the weight of the world lifted off my shoulders over the next few months. As I lost weight, my mental health improved. Every day, I woke up with the need to run.

As a result, I got ridiculously good at time management. And wouldn’t you know it… I stopped binge eating.

See, diet culture is built on restriction. What you can and can’t eat, how much you can eat ― so many rules. Stay on that train long enough, and you’ll eventually binge eat every so often. It’s normal. It’s your body’s way of letting you know it won’t stand idly by while you “starve.”

But talk about self-sabotage. You can be “good” all week, stay on track, and then binge eat one night and undo a lot of that progress.  Suddenly, you’re bloated, unmotivated, and sluggish again. The momentum’s gone, and it’s all because you couldn’t resist the giant bag of chips.

The solution?

A personalized weight loss plan that does more than focus on one aspect of the weight loss journey.

With Joggo, you don’t just run the weight away. You also learn better habits, adopt a healthier lifestyle, and get a personalized meal plan based on some survey answers.

It adjusts to your age, gender, fitness level, current weight, physical health, and of course, your goals. Whether you’re a beginner looking to overhaul their health or an advanced pro looking for a new way to challenge yourself, Joggo can help.

It did more than change my body. It changed my perspective.

It changed my life.
