    Interesting. I’m trying it out. I’m hoping for a slower but steady and healthy weightloss, something like yours. I would be over the moon if i lost 10 lbs. Fingers crossed for me!

    Ha ha! My belly did the same thing: It’s not going in front of me anymore! I did consume fiber supplement and even after stoping i don’t eat as much and keep on losing. I chalk it up to visceral fat loss which is great for your health, so congrats for you and me!
