    I knew that these trends don’t actually work, nice idea about personalization. I’ll try this program, sounds interesting

    I saw this trend a couple of weeks ago and many comments were praising it! I tried it and it was so hard, I think that running can be boring so it’s better to spice it up with running workouts. Downloaded this Joggo app and will see how it goes

    I’m using Joggo for over 4 months and I’m so happy with the results so far – it has multiple levels and I’m on level 8 now!
