Is Cardi Health safe?

The Cardi Health app was created in line with the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association guidelines. It’s backed by doctors and part-developed with professional cardiologists.

After completing the online quiz, a nutrition and activity plan is made for you, based on your information. Stick to your personalized plan to ensure you follow a path that is safe for you.

Is Cardi Health suitable for everyone?

Before starting any new diet or fitness regime, you should always speak to your doctor or nurse to ensure that you’re safe to go ahead.

The earliest stage to get started with Cardi is to answer questions honestly in a short quiz. During this, you’ll find a series of questions that determine your current health, including whether you are diabetic, a smoker, and if your heart disease is hereditary. You ensure the right program is created for you with the correct information (answer honestly!).

Cardi Health is suitable for all age groups. According to the latest results, around 75% of users are female. However, the application is ideal for both men and women. As heart disease is most likely to affect people later in life, it makes sense that 90% of Cardi Health users are aged 45+.

It’s important to note that the product not only caters to those with heart problems but can act as a preventative measure for individuals who want to take better care of their hearts. If you want a healthy heart for life, this app is a great place to start.

3 benefits of Cardi Health

Cardi Health brings many benefits. Simply monitoring your heart health is an intuitive way to understand what’s going on inside. As well as this, the introduction of healthy eating and regular physical activity is a top solution to controlling high blood pressure and cholesterol. It’s also the best way to prevent heart disease.

With that in mind, here are 3 key benefits of using the Cardi Health app:

#1 Get to know your condition

Hypertension and high cholesterol are two significant causes of heart disease. Receiving your diagnosis is not very comforting, especially if you know little to nothing about it. The Cardi app is informative and explains your results clearly and concisely.

From action plans on symptoms, changes, and medications, it’s all in the app.

#2 Eat more healthily

The meal plan caters to all dietary requirements, including vegetarianism and veganism. Personalized nutrition plans offer a better approach to healthy eating. They’re tailored to your lifestyle, taking into account how much time you have for meal preparation and so on.

All essential food groups are covered to ensure optimal health throughout the plan while steering you away from foods that heighten cholesterol.

#3 Monitor your condition

The app keeps you on the right lines by monitoring your condition. Through reminders to take medications as well as your measurements, you can maintain and stabilize your condition. It’s all in real-time, too, so you know exactly where you are with your health.

How it works

It works by taking your personal information and assessing it to produce a customized dietary and activity plan that manages HBP and cholesterol at healthy levels. In participating with Cardi Health, you can aim to reduce your chances of having a heart attack or stroke.

By committing to the plan and staying consistent, you can lose excess weight, which helps balance and control your blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

The aim is to get your heart health in check through healthy means. You’ll stay informed the entire time with detailed insights and action plans to get you stabilized.

In a nutshell, the process is to track your condition, read your results, change up your lifestyle and share with your doctor.

How to get started

By heading directly to the Cardi Health website, you can start the process immediately by hitting the “Take the quiz” button. You must complete the quiz to gain access to the app.

The quiz itself doesn’t take long at all. You can probably finish it within a minute or two. We recommend not speeding through it, as the answers you give are important. A wrong click could compromise the plan you receive.

It begins with a question about your condition. If you don’t have any health concerns, you can still access the app by selecting that you’re here to prevent diseases – a smart move for those who want to start looking after themselves more.

You then move on to answer questions regarding family history, symptoms, and food allergies, among others. Be prepared to enter your height and weight too.

From here, you’ll reach your profile summary, which includes BMI, recommended daily calorie intake, and what you can expect from Cardi Health.

How we evaluated Cardi Health

Whenever we recommend a product, we follow specific criteria to evaluate it fairly. With Cardi Health, we took into account the following qualities.

User-friendly

Whenever we look at a technical product, we think it’s imperative that it is user-friendly. It would help if you didn’t have to be incredibly tech-savvy to reap the benefits of apps. Cardi Health caters to a broad audience of all age groups, meaning you can easily navigate the app whether you’re 26 or 62.

Value

The pricing for Cardi Health is very reasonable. When you break down the plan prices into costs per month, it’s not going to break the bank. In comparison to other heart health apps, you get a lot from Cardi Health for your money that you won’t receive elsewhere, such as the nutrition plan.

Personalization

With the mandatory quiz, Cardi Health produces the nutrition and activity plan that’s right for you. This helps ensure you get active at a safe level, eat the foods that don’t compromise your values, and avoid recipes that include foods you’re allergic to.

Word from MD

Robertas-Pranevicius
Robertas Pranevicius, MD, Interventional Cardiologist at Cardi Health.

In clinical practice, we are often surprised that heart diseases have become so prevalent in young people.

In addition to the already known risk factors such as low physical activity, poor diet, harmful habits, high cholesterol, and stress, genetic factors also play a part in our overall health.

There is a lot of clinical evidence that cardiovascular disease is hereditary. We always try to teach our patients that they must take care of their heart health as early as possible before too late.

That is why innovative cardiology for at-risk patients of any age focuses on preventing these diseases, detailed genetic testing, and early diagnosis.

IT technology and various gadgets have become an integral part of our daily lives, especially young people.

Therefore we can use smart applications to help our patients eat healthier, increase physical activity and training, remind them of necessary visits to their doctor, monitor their health, and make clinical decisions as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our Verdict

In reviewing Cardi Health as a whole, we’ve found that a heart health app is a great addition to managing heart diseases.

The specialized plan gives you an incentive to reach goals, whether losing pounds, bringing your blood pressure down, or controlling cholesterol levels. With the relatively low price, it would be a shame to miss out on this modern addition to healthier living.
