5 ways this new intermittent fasting technique helps you lose weight and keep it off

I confess: For the greater part of my life I blamed myself (and my family) for not losing my unwanted fat. 

I thought I was lazy. My parents didn’t teach me to “eat right” when I was a kid. I had bad genes. Little did I know I was making things too complicated. 

God only knows how much I tried. I tried everything.

❌ Keto, Atkins, Paleo, even a crazy grapefruit cleanse…
